I got selected to Tompkins houses on June 1 for a 3 bedroom. Do anyone know how long it will take to get the keys in my hands.

Congrats I reside in the developing now & everybody case is different it depends on if the apt is ready or still need repairing

I got certified 1/17/2021
Selected 6/1/2021
So almost 5 months

How long you been certified to Tompkins for cause I’m on their waiting list As well for a 2 bedroom July will be a year I’ve been certified

I guess it’s a lucky thing because it’s like a lottery after you get certified smh congratulations sweety I think they have 30 days to move you in

My code was N0 I was on the borough wide waitlist and they selected me to Tompkins on 6/1.
