I think they are handling preferences first because my log # was 2,XXX and I was contacted but I also have CB and ME preference.

No, I’m saying I was contacted and I’m waiting on final approval from HPD. But I have community board preference so I think that’s why I was contacted before you despite your log # being far lower than mine.
