If you live in the same Community Board as the project, and the project specifies that it will prioritize applicants from the CB.

Are you sure you're on the page My Applications? Not Dashboard, not some other screen. Specifically and only My Applications.

Each lottery card on there will say the Log # in the white space directly under the image of the property, if log numbers have been posted.

If log numbers haven't been posted yet, that space will say "Lottery Application Submitted."

Yes it it base on the address you submitted on the application

It goes by the address on your account which must match your current lease or utilities and ID.
