You never know… I never excepted to be contacted as quickly as I did (applied in October, contacted in Jan). Praying for all of us

CB preference is powerful. People should to look beyond what log# they get. They also should understand that there is a limited number of CB preference units for those lotteries that use them.

Thank you! I’m just patiently waiting. Last Thursday, I had to sign consent to check background/credit and 2 other certifications. I wish I knew what the next steps were and if they will let me know If they sent it over to HPD and how long HPD will take to approve.

That is good news. You are very far along the path. I don’t think they would have sent your case to HPD unless it was in good condition. But, be ready for them to ask for something more. I hope you get it.
Quick question what questions did they ask when you did your phone interview ?
Hey, they just asked me questions regarding the docs I submitted and made ascertain that what I said on my application was valid. Then she informed me of the additional docs I needed to provide. It really wasn’t an “interview”…more of a over the phone discussion about the documents that were submitted and further instructions.

She called me today requesting more docs. Very frustrating to say the least (the third time and hopefully the last) but thank you!!
Just wanted to give an update: marketing agent contacted me again today requested even more docs. I live with my parent, so I needed a letter stating that I live with them and do not have a leasing agreement and have that notarized. Needed more payment statements (PayPal; etc) and 2 other docs. Marketing agent apologized for the delay and said their supervisor is asking for more info because HPD will most def ask. I see that they are trying to be on their ps and qs and expedite the process as much as possible. Marketing agent said they are trying to get things moving along… so I’m guessing getting the final review from HPD. I will continue to update you all.
Hi ceebvndy! I know what you are going through; i'm on a similar boat with the building i'm waiting on myself (T Building in Hillcrest, Queens). It's never ending documents lol But I pray it works out for all of us and we hear back good news from our agents and HPD!! Good luck!

Yes!!! It’s ALOT but I believe it’ll be worth it in the long run (once we get in). Hang in there and best of luck to you as well! Can’t wait to hear the great news!
