Hi! My log number is pretty high in my opinion :-/ 6XXX, but i do have two preferences; CB and ME so i'm guessing that's what got me the call which i'm extremely grateful for. I have been applying to these apartments for years, like over 5 yrs lol This is the first time I got a response and it's also the first apartment i'm truly interested in since its so close to where I currently live and my children won't have to change schools! But I am so very anxious about the delay and really wonder why it has been pushed back so much. Wish everyone good luck

I am also waiting to hear from them about move in but haven’t got no information recently after month after month submitting paperwork. As I also live close by I see that they are working on the building however I saw 3 people enter the building around 6 pm so I thought they might started showing apartments.
But I have still not heard anything from the marketing specialist.

Post Delay

Hi! I spoke to an agent this morning (mine is out sick but i had a concern); this guy was super nice and knowledgeable; he basically told me the developer delayed till end of March! ugh. So looks like it'll be a while. He said they have not started calling people yet cause the building isn't quite ready; so maybe the people you saw weren't actually there to see the place. I could be wrong but this is what he said, unless he isn't being truthful. He also said that HPD is backed up cause of COVID and a lot of cases early this month (which seems very credible) and the currently when it comes to this project they are reviewing the disability preference people. They have not started on the rest. Hope this helps; it does ease my anxiety a bit knowing its not gonna happen any time soon. I'm guessing some people will feel relief like me and maybe others will be more stressed if they have current leases ending February or March/April and will then have to consider taking a risk on renewing current lease or extending just for the possibility of being called?? My current lease ends in July so regardless ill be breaking mine.

Hi! Don't know if you saw but I was told the building is delayed till end of March... hopefully no more delays after that though. I really wish they had pics up too. They only have the blueprint stuff so no way to see what the apartments might look like. What's your log number?
Good luck!!

Hi Piscesx3! We just have to remain positive, anything is possible. I do think what is for us will find its way to us. I would recommend you get all your docs ready in case any of the apartments you applied to call you. Have your 12 months of paystubs available, your ID's, bank statements. If you use cash app, zelle, or even sell things on poshmark or any of those sites you'll need to show statements of that too. Having all your docs in order will make responding to them much easier when they reach out to you Good luck!!
