I sent all documents… the lady told me I have to wait for the city to approve my application. What does she mean? I though my application was approved already since she asked me for 1000 documents and I thought she went trough them. Anyone know how this works? Thanks.

If everything is legit on your documents, you should hear back anywhere from days to 2 weeks or so. It's being reviewed a final time by HPD. I say you are basically in, just need the official word from HPD.

What was your log # if you don’t mind me asking? Also do you have any preferences? I have a good log Humber, just waiting to hear back.

My log number was 32xx. I live literally 2 blocks away fromt this project. So I assume I had some CB preference. Good luck.

Hi ya'll! I was looking for a post about this building and yours is the only one I found. I submitted my original stuff back in early November and have gone through the document submitting process multiple times... since the building is taking so long to be finished. I am getting so ansy. Have either of you heard back? Thanks in advance! And good luck to you both

Something must be wrong with the building since this one is taking forever. It could be that it was used as a hospital before they turned it into housing. I could be wrong.

Gosh I hope not. The agent i'm assigned to is very kind and even told me the building passed city inspection the beginning of the month but even she doesn't understand why they aren't ready to move forward. She says they have never worked with this particular developer before so she didn't even know if the agency would be the one calling potential tenants to view apartments. I live very close to the building and when i drive by I do see that they are still working on it; they have some windows boarded up and I still see plenty of workers. How could they have passed inspection but still be working on it further? Makes no sense.

If I may ask what is your log and did you have preferences? I probably won’t hear until 2 years from now lmao
