That’s crazy! In high rise building you are supposed to control your heat and a/c yourself . I went to read the reviews.

This means the building pays for it and it’s included in rent.

I'd rather be charged for electricity separately from my rent like what my building is doing than I can't control the temperature in my unit! My electricity bills were inexpensive so far, my building management charged me between $25 & $55 monthly.

I totally agree with you. Same with TFC at lic . My electricity bill is always less than $50

You have to email the moving company directly to request for a quotation.

When I moved into my current building, I contacted several moving companies asking for a quote & did the comparison which one is cheaper. I contacted Piece of Cake & Dumbo Moving, I found Dumbo Moving was cheaper than Piece of Cake, their service was also very professional.

It was a lot when my roommate and I used a moving company for a 2 bedroom apartment during peak moving season in the summer $1700 including the tip which was 10% per guy. We used Dyno movers and they worked fast
