A lottery for the 288 income restricted/affordable housing units has yet to take place—with the NYC Housing Preservation & Development still to announce when it will start taking applications.
All units, whether market rate or income restricted, will feature high-end amenities: https://www.svenlic.com/
Also at a terrible intersection, right at the entrance to the 59th St bridge. Tons of traffic all the time, and kind of a weird neighborhood - not as residential/peaceful as other parts of LIC.
I've been waiting for this one for a long time. The starting price for 1 bedrooms is still less than most of the other 130/165 lotteries in LIC like 5Pointz. Hoping for CB preference.

with CB I'm not sure if this is CB1 or 2. Anyone know? I think it's CB1 with Astoria
A lot of people have been waiting on this one but I'm kind of underwhelmed? Pricing is not bad. Not sure why people were saying it's pricey because it seems cheaper than most of the new buildings recently for 130.

Looks like it's actually CB1. I had to look up the exact boundary of CB2 and this property sits right on the border.
So I guess CB won't help me after all!
