Between 20-30 but it's the back side where there are no buildings so I think it's all the same in some ways

Moved into the L line earlier this month and I absolutely LOVE it! The view is spectacular, especially at night. No obstructions or other building blocking the view. The L line has some weird angles but it's worth it IMO. Congratulations!

The L line also has more closet space than E!

That's great. I think L line faces North and has nice view, there are no high rise buildings around to block. L and H were my second choices. Did you schedule your viewing?

Aren't they a bit smaller than the E line? I thought the E line has unobstructed view also.

Not yet, after the TIC comes through you still need HPD approval before you can tour?

Yeah I think E is the biggest one bedroom for lottery. East window has no obstruction (but facing train tracks). The south window has a view of other high rises (I think one of them is Jackson park). Tbh still a nice view though.

L line has a total of 3 closets (2 in the entry way, 1 in the bedroom). E only has 2.
