-Applicant invited for interview and is shown unit(s)
-Applicant signs final documents, including TIC
-Document package is submitted to HPD
-HPD approves (usually)
-Applicant moves in

Seems like the interview and/or the unit showing has been skipped with 266 Kent. Am I incorrect?
So far my process has been:

- Enter Lottery
- Got log number
- uploaded all document
- Contacted by tax agent for additional document (proof of interdependence)
- Contacted by tax agent to filled out an 23 pages PDF
- PDF and all document was sent to management

6/9
- contacted by tax agent stating management want to see our VENMO history.
- was told they are waiting for final approval before we can see the units"

Is there any reason why they don’t want to show the unit?
I’ll call the agent and ask for a tour of the unit or a similar unit.

What about if you get approved but don’t like the apartment?
It’s kinda risky and maybe a waste of time and energy
I thought so too... but the process so far has not been the same as what I've heard for other lotteries. I submitted docs to marketing agent which were then submitted to HPD and was told to wait and if approved the next step is a viewing/lease signing. They also mentioned that the assigned unit on the paperwork sent to HPD is not guaranteed to be your unit

Contacted for docs yesterday. Hope that means movement and people actually start viewing apartments / signing leases. Curious to know what move in dates they are targeting

Just curious what they asked for? And when did you submit everything to HPD? I did about a month ago already.
Hope that means movement! I literally check this forum everyday looking for good news from at least 1 person.

Pay stubs, rent payments, bank statements etc. i just submitted through HC so I think it was just sent to tax solute, I don’t think anything was sent to HPD yet

This is interesting, thanks for sharing! Did they ask for your current lease as well?

Is this building still under construction? Is there a reason that no one seems to have seen a unit? Has anyone even seen a rendering or a virtual tour?

WooHoo! After 5 weeks my application went from under review to 'Review Complete' just a little while ago, so now we wait to see what the next steps are

Has anyone else been contacted or seen any movement with this one? Would love to view the apartments and get a move in date for 7/1. Wishful thinking I know.... Good Luck everyone!
