My log number is 7x no CB, my agent told me the 80% AMI 2 BR were all assigned to the community board, but they did tell me they had to put my application on hold until they process the CB applicants back in May. But sadly, the 80% AMI 2BR are all filled
Thank you. I am nowhere near close. I'll move on from this one.
I highly advise anyone thinking of proceeding with ANY building run by tax solute to think twice. Incredibly unorganized, incompetent and slow when dealing with applications. The move in dates will change multiple times, lease renewals will require multiple edits and arrive late if ever, and legal paperwork is just not filled out properly. Becomes up to you to take initiative and get it done. Turns out to be such a draining process. Is it worth it ? Maybe, after all it’s a lottery process and government run.
On June 30 my status changed to 'Pending', so according to the Marketing Handbook, this means they reached my log # and there were no remaining units in my category. So close, but so sad.

pending means they are nearing the area of your logs and you may be contacted soon if they reach your number.

I hope you are correct, but this is straight from page 23 of the Marketing Handbook...
11. If no unit of appropriate size is available to an eligible applicant when the applicant’s log number is reached:
a. Applicants who applied online in the New Housing Connect may be set as “pending” until an appropriate unit becomes available or until lease-up has been completed. These applicants will not receive a notice but will see their updated status in the New Housing Connect.

Curious to hear more and if you have any tips to make it better with them. I'm working with them on another building. Just sent my docs in. Waiting on lower log numbers.
