Curious to hear more and if you have any tips to make it better with them. I'm working with them on another building. Just sent my docs in. Waiting on lower log numbers.
i dealt with tax solute recently and didn't find them any worse than other agencies i've corresponded with.
reside always sounds the most unhinged in emails imo but they all have their issues.
i am 130% AMI though which i think requires way less back and forth.
Hello, I was wondering what the general rule for picking an apartment is once they determine you are qualified. From your experience, are they suppose to show you several units/apartments to choose from or is it just one option they present and it’s leave it or take it ?
Has anyone gotten far enough in the process to view apartments for this lottery ? Or another lottery in the past ?
Has anyone been shown the units at 266 Kent , did you get to choose ? It’s kind of weird how we are filling out all this paperwork and being sent for possible approval without ever even seeing the building.
Does anyone have contact number for this building. I’m 8xx and been pending for a while. Not a district member but live in NYC. Would love to contact them
Got an email on May 15. “We regret to inform you that all one and two-bedroom affordable units have been rented to applicants with lower log numbers at this time.”. Was log #13XX, 130% AMI.
Does anyone know if its 125 or 130% is still available? They took my documents around late may/early June and said they'll let me know every couple of weeks
