Hey everyone. I got lucky with a really low log number (below 20). Reading this thread makes it seem like I no longer have a chance at an apt in this building. I never received a call, and I was never emailed. I only have a pending status when I log into the housing connect website. I emailed HPD earlier today, so waiting to hear back from them. Does anyone have insight into my situation?

What is your household size? What is your AMI%? Seems like you may have been deemed ineligible (for now).
After obsessively following this thread for a year and 5 months, my status changed from "Pending" to "No Units Remaining."
Oh well.
a year a 5 months gosh! can't believe it's been that long since 266 kent came onto housing connect.
time flies when you're desperately searching for housing you can afford

Does that statement, 'No units remaining', refer specifically to your combined AMI% and household size?
Or, does it mean for the entire building across all household sizes and AMI%? If you have to log in to see such a statement it might be the former.

This suggests, perhaps, that the studio was taken in a lottery then the tenant left or something. The lottery ended in April of last year. I don’t know when the first lottery tenants moved in.
I don't know in details because I just saw it when I went through my applications list but if it's indeed related to a specific AMI, my AMI is 130%.

Funny because I just got a re-rental offer for a studio about an hour ago.
do you get re-rental notices via housing connect and email, like a regular lottery?
i've always been signed up for re-rentals but have never been contacted for one - i just want to make sure i'm watching the right places.
