I promise you, the google reviews don’t speak for even half of the residents in this building. Not trying to debunk the validity of those reviews but it’s not bad here at all. I love it here.

I noticed my dash board changed from applied to pending since february and my log is 3xxx with no preference. Are any busses close by ? I pray I get called. I also submitted documents for 2442 ocean ave, it's a lovely apt but the reviews are saying dog feces are all over and you smell it plus one of the apartments had been robbed at gun point this is a doorman building, the review stated they entered through the balcony
