I noticed there a 2 diff stoves and two diff microwaves. Some units have diff AC systems. I also wonder how they decided to go about that. I used to have the electric stove linamonroll mentioned w the exposed coils.. def hated it! I’m hoping this will be a better experience.

Does the building have any events for the residents? Are they planning anything for the holidays?

Yes, occasionally. They did events for NYE and July 4th. We haven't heard about anything for xmas, I assume they will do a NYE event again.

There are also sometimes paid events, they had live music in a lounge several months ago with drinks and snacks (I didn't go so idk how it was). Otherwise they have some paid classes/events for residents, yoga, children's music class, holiday photo sessions etc.

sooo confused. i was looking back through my old applications, and looks like i had a log # of 6xxx for this building, and am city employed. i was never contacted though, and my snapshot was only taken in 9/2023. any thoughts on what may have happened here? seems people with higher log #s than mine w/o preferences have gotten in. super curious about what it could be.

This building didn't have preferences.

I see. Thanks for clarifying. So then even more reason... weird that I was not called to submit docs with that log #, no? If others higher than me were.

What size unit were you eligible for for? The only folks on the sheet contacted with a higher log than you needed a 2br.
