its not that bad... towards Willis ave & 138th, it gets sketchy. the worst part about it, is the grocery stores being out of the way, and the communute by transit from Manhattan to the building.

Thanks HellUp! The 6 train isn't that far it seems. It's a shorter walk than my current walk (15 mins to the E train in Queens).
