So I def wrote more in my response and for some reason only “ Congrats “ posted lol. I was basically saying I’m currently waiting for HPD approval. I viewed all size units except studio. I’m going for 2bd1bth… bedrooms are kinda small but the building is absolutely gorgeous! Did you choose water view or city view?
The marketing agent never really told me WHEN she sent my file to HPD. But I got notification through HC that I was approved about 3 weeks after submitting my final documents. First I noticed my status in HC change from “under review” to “review completed” then 2 days later I got a unit offer notification in HC that said to wait to be contacted by management. Management did not reach out to me until a week later. I am now waiting for a lease to be drawn up.
Thanks for the info CityGirl23 We went to see the apartments and were asked to make a selection! I really liked the second 2bd layout . There were no water views left but I hope we get the city view that we selected *fingers crossed*

I’m curious now what the other layouts look like. Glad you got to choose something you really liked. Did they mention anything to you about when the other amenities would be available?
Hey, new neighbors I got my approval today! We should plan a meet-up. I also will share my timeline here later tonight for those who are still waiting and want an idea of the timeline! I think it took less than a week for the HPD approval.
