I moved in a week ago. There is still some construction being done but what you might be seeing are 2 other buildings that are being built, one of which is not part of this particular lottery. What I do know is that they are working on another entrance to the building. Besides that they are putting the finishing touches on the amenities ( adding furniture and Decor ) which when I moved in they said should be done in 2 weeks. What is available for use now is the gym. The pool is also completed but closed since it’s outdoor and only available during the summer months.

The gym is beautiful. I’ll try taking a video when I finally make it in there, hopefully today (I’m honestly still getting settled and unpacking) The first year is free. After the year the amenity monthly fee is $125 which includes everything (gym, game room, kids room, 6 lounges, bbq grills, wet bar, pet washing station) except the pool. The pool is a separate fee of $300 for the season.

I also saw a shuttle van at the subway but that’s for the arches. They should def consider a shuttle for us too! That would be a blessing .
