My Log # was 32**. I actually forgot I had applied for it and when they contacted me I was READY! My process went really, really fast! From the time I submitted my paperwork to my move in date was about 3 1/2 weeks.

Wow I'm so shocked it was that quick that's awesome! When did you apply to it? Like a year prior?

- Additional $45 for access to skylounge (wine bar with wet bar & private wine lockers, lounge with fireplace, private dining room with full kitchen, terrace with the view, & bbq grill).

- Free coffee 24/7 at the club & skylounge for amenity members. Non amenity members can get free coffee until 1pm daily at the lobby.

We are allowed to invite 2-3 guests into the amenity premises.

Affordable Rent Stabilized tenants got 10% discount on the amenities fee so market rate tenants pay more than what we pay.

There is additional fee to use parking garage, bicycle storage, & storage rooms but I don't use any of those so I don't know how much exactly the charges are.

It's a great apartment with an excellent management, I'm very lucky to win a unit in this building!!!

This is the mega apartment lottery winner! lol

Here's a breakdown of how everything happened:

Applied: 07.01.21
Lottery Closed: 09.15.21
Log #32** posted: 10.17.21
Contacted to submit documents: 01.05.22
Submitted documents: 01.05.22
Interview/drop documents off at Reside NY: 01.06.22
Emailed Documents as a backup: 01.07.22
Submitted More Documents: 01.08.22
Viewed Apartment: 01.14.22
Documents Sent to HPD for approval: 01.20.22
HPD Approved: 01.24.22
Moving Day: 02.03.22

I hope this helps. When I was going through this process the MAIN thing I wanted to know was the timeline from beginning to end. I've said this so many times, but I believe what helped my process go smoothly was the fact that I had all my documents in order and I responded to their emails within minutes.

Thank you so much for the breakdown!!! This is super helpful! Also taking notes on making sure documents are ready to go when needed.

Hi! Congratulations! I'm very interested because I'm in the process of uploading documents to hopefully win!

Is the amenities/pool fee per person?
Do you pay for water?
Is there a garage fee?

Your answers would be very much appreciated, thank you!

Community Board Members. Basically if you live within the community board. You can see here https://www1.nyc.gov/site/brooklyncb13/about/maps.page . If the specific lottery has CB preference and you live in you have a higher chance of winning.
