- Additional $45 for access to skylounge (wine bar with wet bar & private wine lockers, lounge with fireplace, private dining room with full kitchen, terrace with the view, & bbq grill).

- Free coffee 24/7 at the club & skylounge for amenity members. Non amenity members can get free coffee until 1pm daily at the lobby.

We are allowed to invite 2-3 guests into the amenity premises.

Affordable Rent Stabilized tenants got 10% discount on the amenities fee so market rate tenants pay more than what we pay.

There is additional fee to use parking garage, bicycle storage, & storage rooms but I don't use any of those so I don't know how much exactly the charges are.

It's a great apartment with an excellent management, I'm very lucky to win a unit in this building!!!
Hey!! I just won an apartment!!!! I’m wondering if management is the same as the building or we use someone else? For example if we have a repair- is that building management or separate?

Hey! Congrats!! Just curious, did you see your approval on Housing Connect or did your agent let you know?

The building management will do the maintenance including repair etc. They will inform you how to submit maintenance/repair request. Luxurious buildings usually have a website dedicated for their residents to submit requests, make rent payments, etc. You will be guided on this once you move-in.

I won a 1BR at 196 Willoughby! I move in June 22.

This was my first time applying to the lottery so I feel extremely grateful! Weirdly enough. My lease is up July 1st so the timing worked out perfectly. I am so excited to move from my studio - they increased rent $800 so I can no longer afford it.

Enjoy everyone!

Thanks! Are you already in contact with building management about lease signing? And if so, will you be able to get your July 1 move in or even June 15?!
