I have CB and city worker preference. But my log number isn’t the greatest (19XXX) and I only qualify for the studio. I submitted my first round of documents, a couple days ago. I really want this apartment. How long do you guys think this process will take for me? How long was the process for you guys that have gotten approved already? Has any one toured the studios, how are they?
Been under review since 11/7/2022, really anxious about this…if anyone has contacted HPD, did you have to leave a message to get a call back or did you speak to someone the first go round? At this point any information whether yay or nay would ease my anxiety
