Interesting. I’ve also heard its still in construction. I’m in the second round of documents and one of them asks if you’re able to move in in the next 30 days.

This video pops up when I Youtube “50 Nevins Street”: https://youtu.be/xCXH1hycuS0

This seems to have been posted a year ago though. Could it possibly be the same place?

For what I look, it's not the same place.

They called me yesterday and ask me to submit more documents. She said if I can submit all today, she can go ahead and process and I will hear from her in 2 weeks. Schedule a unit tour next week

Really? Which documents did they ask you to submit?

I know I got the notification from Housing Connect to submit documents so I did, and then two days later I got an email from the leasing company asking me to submit again. It seemed to be many of the same documents I already uploaded, plus a few more and some forms.

I haven't received any call from them or scheduled a tour even though my log number is low XX. This is the first lottery I've won - should I go ahead and call them?

I also submitted round 2 of documents on 9/20, and I did get excited seeing that page that said we'd be willing to move in within 30 days of notice. I'm keeping my fingers crossed we're able to move in soon! I did ask over the phone when they requested round 2 of docs if they had a pending move in date, like March 1st for example, and the guy on the phone said to me "oh, no! the process will move MUCH faster than that!" so I don't know exactly when they'll be reaching out for more info or to offer the apartments, but I am hoping it'll happen before the end of this calendar year!

I guess same as yours, they still ask me to look at the lease and also submit again some documents I submitted through the portal but for some reasons they said they didn't receive.

This is reassuring! I was thinking that question meant I could move in as soon as November 1st, but in any case hopefully it's sooner rather than later and we get to tour soon! I wonder if it's even ready?

they do seem ready, especially considering the posts that they've reached out and are starting to schedule tours it seems. a november 1 move in date would be AMAZINGG.
