I wanted to apply but its a supported housing development witn 60% going for supported housing, I worked at a Suported housing building for a short period. I don't want to live in one, its not easy
This building looks horrible especially for the location I feel as tho they cheaper out on everything due to the supportive aspect of this building and too many ppl have been waiting for this building
this is the second one in my CB where AMI is low but only caters towards being an supportive housing building. i hope they they have some with low AMI for working people like myself who dont need supportive services. i love the one on livingston street but not affordable!
The smoking permitted definitely threw me for a bit of a loop. I don't smoke personally but still applied. Really an excellent location.
Same, not really for smoking but the location is perfect. I didn’t realize it was also supportive housing. I’ve never experienced living in a supportive housing building so I’m honestly not opposed to it but would love to learn more about them to have a general idea.
I don't think people with 120 AMI want to apply for this housing. It's located in a pretty good area and they offer a good deal, but this doesn't sound perfect or safe place to live.
