Hi, my log number is 5xxx, I went to view an 1bed yesterday. I must say I loved the location and apartment with a killer view. However it didn’t feel safe for me. I have seen people arguing outside of the building and the environment inside fees a bit chaotic too, Elevator feels sticky as if someone peed on them. Also the people around there are somewhat hopped up on drugs/alcohol. Even though liked the unit, I didn’t like the environment there. I am declining my offer. If you are brave, you can overlook all that and live there, but good luck inviting any guests, they will be horrified.
I agree, I checked out my unit yesterday. It was pretty sweet, but I can’t live with the environment in there. Unless ur extremely brave, you shouldn’t be there.
I was offered to view a studio unit for over $1,900, for me and my teenager for this building. It's very bold of them to think that's a reasonable price for a studio(or even a 1bdrm) in a building that caters to supportive housing. To know that there are people paying these prices to live in a building where Most of its tenants literally live rent free is mind boggling.
