have you been sent to hpd/hdc yet? or you have only seen the unit and selected?
HPD approved. They asked a lot of documents because I have 403b, Brokerage account from Etrade/Vanguard (Stocks, Bond option), Custom WHole Life insurance etc.. I wish I didn't have much lol, it would be easier.....

I guess every building is different, but they all still ask you to submit documents so HPD can check and approve.

I have an emotional attachment to this building. I used to be one of Jehovahs witnesses and worked there as one of the bethelites. It’s where my now ex husband and I (when I was dating him) would go for their Monday night watchtower study. Oh well - that was a long time ago - I hope it works out for you, New Yorker2022.

NO. I smell the smoke in the hallway. When I get in to the locker. I don't smell it, but it's very bad though they just moved in last week. It's gonna be worse after months and after years.

I emailed her back with my concern but haven't heard from her yet since yesterday lol.. THis is weird. Normally she is very tentative and reply back right away.

I video it. YOu can see it from here.

Guys. I just received these from BG. What do you guys think?

I do not have a 1-BEDROOM unit available at the level. We can schedule a lease signing for unit 2xxx as early as this Thursday. Please let me know.

When would you like your lease to be effective?
At what time would you like to pick up keys ?
Are you moving in on the lease effective date? If, yes at what time?
Do you want a 1 year or 2 years lease?

You will need the first month's rent and one month security deposit. I need you to send me a copy of the money orders and then I will send the lease via docusign. We will schedule a call to review the lease and go over any questions.

You can drop off the money orders when you pick up your keys.

I do need you to sign a few forms for us. The forms need to be notarized therefore I can email them to you, or you can come to our office. Please let me know what works best for you.
