I was able to look at some of the 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom. The one bedrooms are small, your average shoe in the box size in nyc. But it does look super modern. One side of the building does face the projects.

I feel like you should have heard back by now. I submitted docs on 10/20 log 14xx and just got reached out to on 11/19 for a studio. But turned it down because I really wanted the 1 bedroom )
