I was able to look at some of the 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom. The one bedrooms are small, your average shoe in the box size in nyc. But it does look super modern. One side of the building does face the projects.

Oh cool did they tell you square feet by any chance? And what log number are you?

The 1 Bedrooms are 575 sqft

No, they've all gone.
They went very quickly. We have a ton of studios left though. 23 to be exact lol We are just starting to show those now.

Any studios still left? My log was like 12xx I believe
Submitted docs on 11/4 I believe…I’m like literally desperate for a place

Also does anyone know if these apts are rent stabilized?

I’m confused which side faces the projects bcuz from my knowledge of the building and the area you would be able to see a small section of the projects but facing it no

I feel like you should have heard back by now. I submitted docs on 10/20 log 14xx and just got reached out to on 11/19 for a studio. But turned it down because I really wanted the 1 bedroom )
