It’s a big lottery lots of units. I think the 50-60k logs with CB pref have a decent shot. CB4 is also not a huge CB population wise which helps the chances.
What are my chances if I have CBP for a one bedroom in 100AMI but log number 61k? Slim to NONE right?
The higher the AMI the better the chances. Think about it - most ppl applying to affordable housing are in the 30-80AMI range. 100-175AMI less applicants = more chances of getting a place

But isn’t 60k-70k seem so far? Even with CBP. I saw my log number and didn’t sleep well last night. It’s heartbreaking
There are 118 CB units in this lottery alone, which is a huge amount. Also many people applying to this one also applied to the nearby Lyra lottery which is an additional 177 units. All in all it’s a large amount of affordable units for them to fill so I think all CB applicants have a decent shot.

I was called for CB with the log of 50k in a building with a lot of units. With my overtime I was bumped up an AMI (to 110AMI but im really 70-80AMI) the rent wasn't something I could afford. So yes you still have a chance. Might take some time to get to you and there isn't a 100% guarantee but being in a higher AMI is a huge benefit along with CB

Do you mind if I ask how long it took to get to you?

I applied in August last year and was contacted in December to submit docs (5months). My docs weren't reviewed until Feb of the following year so had to send updated docs and that's when I was told I was in a higher AMI due to OT and denied it
