Applied. It’s sort of a glass desert over there but the prices aren't bad.

For me, the glass desert is one of the best places to live. I would be walking to work, and the high line is a few steps away fingers crossed

Looks really nice and affordable! Wish 70-80AMI was included

I actually walked the Highline a couple of weeks ago and I think this is the building I saw still being built (if its the one I saw they still have a good amount of work to do)

Nice building but I'm surprised that for a luxury building, it doesn't have W/D.

This will be a hot listing. With my luck, I'm expecting a log number in the 50,000s.

The highline is definitely a big feature. Really great for single people and young couples. I think in the coming years, the area will get a little more homey with shops and restaurants for people beyond just tourist, especially once the rest of the buildings are done. Living in Chelsea for lottery prices is a steal!

I’m going to apply but not right now. This is prime real estate and a lot of people will apply.

"This pet-friendly building features in-unit washer and dryer"

In the description it says they do, but who knows.
