I am log number #1** and still in review. Submitted two rounds of documents and haven’t heard anything yet
Did you try to get in touch with them? I have absolute no replies from my emails. Tried to call them but no one picks up the phone. Terrible and unhelpful service.
Yeah I did. No email replies and no email replies and no one picks up the phone. I did at one point before the first round of additional documents have some luck with getting in touch with the marketing agent listed in housing connect - but the information whom I’ve been conversing through email is a different gentleman..
I think I just need to be patient and manifest this! I have no reason to be I eligible and have submitted everything and more than they have requested. Hoping with the timeline of our fiend on here who already got confirmed that perhaps I’m just a couple weeks away.
Good luck everyone. Let’s try to keep each other in the loop. At least we can calm each others nerves somewhat with these updates and shared experiences.
after you completely finish the questionnaire , did you get an email after you were done completing it ?
