Oh, maybe it’s because you’re 130AMI. They claimed all the 70% AMI studios and the bedrooms were taken when I asked for another layout. You should be fine, they’re pretty quick and efficient from my experience. Ask to see all the units available to you.

The 1 bedrooms are all the same layout and I think they only very between Living Room size and bedroom size based on what floor range you end up in some living rooms are slightly bigger than the bedroom and vice versa and there’s that little notch corner of the Living Room that I think varies in size as well. definitely happy with it.

How has it been so far? Are there any restaurants or stores nearby? How’s the building? I should’ve walked around more, but had to rush back to work.
so far it’s been great. The buildingstaff are very friendly and helpful. keep in mind you are right between Hells kitchen and Hudson Yards. Hudson Yards has all of the expensive fancy restaurant with a few little pockets of inexpensive places, but you could also go to Hell’s kitchen very easily and the restaurant choices are plentiful and different price ranges

Hi Aly_girl. When did they inform you that all of the 70% AMI are taken?
I see my application is still under review in HC (log 14##), I submitted my documents in mid June, in July I received confirmation of my documents being received, but I haven't received any updates, other then lower log #s are being reviewed.

When I call the number in HC I can’t reach anyone or leave a voice message.

I have to move soon from my current apartment, so I’m wondering if I should continue waiting to here from the marketing manager.

@mayflower01, a couple of weeks ago.

But, sometimes Realtors/agents say that to get rid of units that are less desirable. I’m not sure if HC agents do that as well.

@mayflower01, I asked them about other units because I was only shown one. So I asked if there are any 1 bedrooms or studios that have became available or not yet filled.

I was contacted today with a request for more documents, my log number is #28xx. What's the reality of what's available at this point? I'll go through the process because I have everything handy, but does anyone know what's available / what AMI bracket this could be?
