Yeah I feel like out of at least 60k pple you will have enough 130 to fill those apartments. If anything they might need more people that make the 116k salary minimum.

Maybe the developers just needed more time. Considering the location I doubt that not a lot of people applied when 1 bed is around 5500

I bet Lyra lottery was extended to give market rate tenants a chance to move into the building first as a starter, after certain percentage units are leased up then they will process the lottery tenants.

Lyra is very beautiful & the location is great, unfortunately they don't have swimming pool & spa amenities, otherwise it would have been perfect!!!

I dont see why they would let market rate unit people move in first. I think they didnt have enough applicants for the higher AMIs. When they close the lottery they dont immediately start processing applicants we can wait months for log #s to come out and even longer for them to start calling people. Giving them ample time for market rate people to move in so pushing it for that reason doesnt seem likely

I don’t qualify for any of the ami brackets. The 130% is too high and 80% fall too low for me
