They didn't do it justice at all. I was really shocked. She also mentioned the Food Bazaar so I was happy about that lol. Gym isn't HUGE but all the amenities are free (at least that's what I was told when I asked). The only thing you pay for is parking and it may or may not be discounted for building residents. In unit washer/dryer (its one machine which i didn't like but whatever lol) but there's a laundry room in the building if you have bigger loads to wash. People are living there already but less than 30% occupancy so far.
So they asked for all my documentation. Then they set me up with a viewing and asked me to sign some documentation they could send it off to the third party verification before it goes off to HDC. I said I was interested so they're now sending it off to HDC. I was told the turn around is usually 2 weeks, at most 3.
That's not bad, i keep hearing horror stories of people waiting months just to view something other places, good luck!
From the moment your log # was picked to when you viewed the apartments, how long has it been?
My log # is 8xxx and I am hoping that by the time I’m called to view the apartments, there will still be 3 bedrooms apartments available.

Not to give up your expectations, your log is pretty high based on what will be left over after CB/Preferences... the lower the log the faster your process will be in terms of being contacted and viewing a unit. There are many people in this threat with lower logs than you still not contacted, and there are few 3 bedrooms to begin with on the hpd ad.
I understand what you mean. I got reached out 2 weeks ago to submit my documents and I did submit them the same day. A couple of days ago, I was contacted again to submit additional documents, which I did. I hope to get a 3bed, but I will be fine with 2bed. I hope the process doesn’t go too fast for me coz I need to be financially ready to pay that security deposit and first month. By the way, is it accurate that the security deposit and first month are due when you sign the lease? Thanks
Does anyone know if they are still doing CB preference. Im 6xxx in the 100% AMI.
Ive read the thread and some are suggesting they are working on higher AMI first even though nothing of this is 100% concrete.

Thanks for any response have a great day.
I’m 8xxx with 165% AMI and my docs have been reviewed. They asked additional docs a couple of days ago. Maybe as you mentioned, they are working on higher AMI first.

Oh i didn't know they reached your log and you submitted... yeah you should be getting to view something soon if everything they needed was received but keep in mind it's back to back holidays , wev'e been told they are doing higher AMI's and CB right now.

Yeah, they did reach out and I was happy that when they reached again, it was to let me know that a review had been performed and a couple of documents were missing. Honestly, I’m not in a rush and wouldn’t mind waiting for Q1 2023 to view an apartment and potentially move in. Are the amenities free?

Yeah, most buildings charge but this building the amenities are free for tenants!
