Has anybody moved in their apartment? If so, what was your log # and how do you feel about living this property?

My log # is 88xx and I was told by my marketing agent recently that the process is a little slow right now (I guess because of the holidays), but also, most likely they will reach my log # around February or March 2023. So be patient.

Hi! I was contacted last week to submit documents, my log number is 22xx and I have CB preference. Haven’t heard anything since then but I think it’s to be expected because of the holidays like others have said.

Quick question: if you get approved for a unit and if you’re not financially ready, can you negotiate when you would like to sign the lease?

If your putting the money down they should have no problem with you choosing a reasonable moving date... but i don't think they will push it pass 2 or 3 months.

Thanks for responding. My file has been recently(last week) submitted for approval to HDC. If they reach out to me this month with an approval, I will need about a month to be financially ready for the security deposit & first month. There should not be any problem with that right?
