10xx non CB / 100% AMI. Because I don't have CB it is going to be really hard to get a 2bdr on my AMI group. I am waiting for an offer for another lottery and hopefully I will it an apartment soon.

I just hate waiting lol especially since I’m in need of moving right now. There are a few other apts I’m hoping to get so hopefully one of them come through. But it doesn’t seem like I’ll get called for anything before next year.

It’s hard and dystopian but don’t speak doubt into your life! This building is already finished and has market rate tenants inside it. It’s totally possible that you can live here esp the higher your median income.
