Also, I really love jacuzzi, steam room, & sauna a lot, this combo is the amenities that I hardly find in most luxurious buildings these days. Or, I find them exist in one building but the rent will be pricey, let alone the amenities fee that they will charge later i.e. Eagle West
What buildings have these amenities? I don’t recall seeing a jacuzzi or steam room in any apts

I would love a corner apartment there
I did a tour of a studio apartment this past summer. When I got to the hub for my tour, and I was speaking to the doorman and another guy, the leasing manager walked up and asked if I was waiting for the viewing of the "affordable housing studio!" I felt so embarrassed. Moreso, the leasing manager made it a point to show me the sky lounge roof and other community areas of the building before showing me that tiny ass studio with a white fridge and stove.

I could tell that the "hub" was representative of the older lotteries (poor doors and white appliances etc) it was a no for me. As others have mentioned before, the amenities will get old, you should love your apartment just as much as you love the amenities of any building in my humble opinion. 555 is giving me the same pause, I wonder if they have updated their policy to match the new housing connect laws.
