found out that the building should be completed around/before October 2023
If the building will be completed by October will be amazing! Where did you find that info? I remember reading an article said the building is anticipated to be finished in early 2024. It is so strange I can't seem to find anything else about this building online.
According to the information provided, there will be 5 rental spaces available in the building on October 01, 2023. It can be assumed that either a portion, a majority, or the entire building will be completed around that date. Perhaps it will follow a similar situation as the one at 3eleven, where residents were allowed to move in while construction on the higher floors was still ongoing.

Hey kevinCH, I assume it is because it has only been three weeks since the log number has released. Do you have any of the other google sheets from previous lotteries? If so, can you share? I would love to take a look and see how long xxxx log numbers take to get called?
