I remember you were contacted in the first batch right? That was more than a month ago. I wonder if it’s because of the construction. I walked pass there the other day there was still a lot of construction going on.

Thanks rarebeuty, That’s more than I could find online!
I don’t know where the housing connect photos came from. They used the same photos on the 509 third ave announcement, and the actual building looks nothing like that.

KevinCH, that’s what I was thinking. I passed by earlier in the week and the interior is still exposed concrete even the stairs (from what I could see from the Highline). I was hoping that someone with a lower log had some perspective as well. I don’t know if I haven’t been updated because they’re not ready, or if they are still reviewing lower logs. I was hoping for an update though

I think it’s more because of the construction. They can’t move so fast cause they don’t have a place to have people to move in to lol even the lobby doesn’t seem to be soon ready

Being in the area often, I didn't think this building would launch on HC until like September/October because it was nowhere near done lol. I was extremely surprised when I saw this on HC so soon
