Yeah, I’m pretty happy here; it’s a relatively well managed building with, imo, one of the best lobbies I’ve seen to date. The staff are legit all amazing.

Only gripes I have are that the finishes in the lottery apartments are not as high quality as the market rate ones and, even though my view is pretty darn decent, my windows are somewhat within eye shot of the dorms nearby. Just a nitpick since my old apartment didn’t face any other windows.

Units seemed small at first but I’ve gotten used to it and it feels kinda spacious with my current layout. I think my unit is around 617 sq ft.

And yeah, the area around Willoughby is probably one of the most convenient neighborhoods in NYC, which I enjoy.

Typically higher AMIS’s hear back pretty fast is what I’m noticing. Less people tend to be in this AMI or want to pay the rent set for it
