Amazing news! An update on my end, the marketing agent is reaching out to the developer for a lease signing. Thanks everyone for sharing your experience and feedback! Good luck to everyone still in the process. It’s tough to hang on but there’s a light at the end of the tunnel!
We submitted the package on Friday and we’re told we can view the unit on Monday. We went to see it today. I wonder if that means we are approved. Our status is still under review. As per the Q&A on the building’s website.. you can only see the unit once you are approved.

Those are technically the rules, but this marketing company does things pretty different. Since I’ve been through that stage of the process with these guys already, I can attest that this company in particular are only showing apartments to prospective log numbers. If you signed the TIC, and they submitted it to HDP before you toured the unit, then it probably means your log number is first in line for the unit you viewed!
Just check the documents tab in your housing connect portal to make sure your log file was uploaded by the marketing company. There’s normally a little icon of a man in a hat by the file indicating a third party uploaded documents. If you see that log file with your signed TIC paperwork then that means you’re just waiting for the city to approve(they nearly always approve). If you don’t see that I advise calling the marketing specialist using the phone number provided on the contact page. When I called my documents were upload 30 minutes later. My approval took 2 days after that, and now I’m just waiting to schedule lease signing!
Congrats and hope to run into each other in the building!
My log is 13XXX, and my family and I qualify for a 2 bedroom. Do you think we still have a chance to be contacted?
There’s always a chance. Were you asked to send paperwork, yet, and do you have CB preference?
