We emailed the agent letting her know we already went to see it asked what the next step is. The person who is not communicating with us is from the Tax department. The documents on our account don’t show what you mentioned yet and still “under review”

. If you’re talking about taxsolute, that’s the name of the marketing company that is administering the lottery for this building. They were not responsive to my emails either after my viewing. I politely called to confirm my app had been sent and that seemed to motivate the marketing rep handling my file to actually submit to the city.
BTW CB is the community board (the municipal district area that you currently reside in in nyc) 50% of the units in the building are reserved for resident of the same community board district where the building is located. CB residents are selected first, then anyone else that applied will be selected once CB requirements are fulfilled.
