what line are the 3bedrooms, are the lottery units also on the J line, thats the only ones i saw on streeteasy, and did you get to tour 2 beds as well ?
We are not interested in 2bed. We applied for a 3bed.

One other question. The housing connect posting for the lottery clearly says no deposit no brokers fees. Surely there will be a security deposit for these leases. Is anyone else convinced that that means no deposit is required to apply—not that there will not be a security deposit due at signing?
Yep that is what they mean, no deposit to apply. They will still want one month security at lease signing.
What are the utilities you would have to pay outside the rent for this lottery?
