Omg I just received my approval but they asked me when I’d like to move in I said October 1st but if it’s too far I can work around that. I guess I’m waiting to see what I will need to finalize the lease, im over the moon with excitement.
Do you mind sharing your log/am and if you were community board ?

I’m still waiting for them to send me a move in date I don’t have a lease just yet only the approval email, do you have your lease already? Also I will try to be flexible but I won’t let them push me
How did you receive your approval? Was it an email or did you check your status? How long after your documents were submitted did you get your official approval?
Hello so I went to see units last Thursday I saw my docs hadn’t been updated so I called yesterday and saw the upload right after I called a little after 1pm. Today 10:30 ish I received the approval via email, they asked preferred move in date. I gave them the date they said they will confirm with management and will send the lease once confirmed.
Nope, sounds like we’re all in the same boat! No lease yet, just emailed my preferred move date. I’m guessing building mgt is not checked back in from the long weekend. Maybe they’re preparing the leases in one big batch since we’re all ready at the same time.

Great! We received our official approval today as well and were asked on our preferred move in date.
Just viewed a studio today - it's unreal how gorgeous it is. Told the marketing agent my preference and they said they'll send my app for approval. Fingers crossed!
Anyone have a contact number for this lottery ? I can’t find an email online
