Good points. Thank you.

My goal is to get on as many wait lists as possible, since you can’t count on any particular building or development coming through. I made it onto the Cadman Towers list a few years ago and now they’re apparently leaving the ML system.

Yep. Also you never know when you'll be called and what life situation you'll be in at that time.

Apparently the Cadman conversion is being contested in court. It may not go through.

Just a guess. You won't held accountable.
Today there are exactly 160 ‘active’ names, and an additional 90 ‘on hold’ names left on the 1 bedroom list. So, I’d say about two years or less if you are drawn as log number 1. I don’t know where the studio list is at.

My brother informs me he has submitted an entry for the current 1-bedroom lottery and is wondering how long before the results are known. My husband, daughter and I have been on the 2019 2-bedroom list but I cannot remember how long we waited for the news. I think it was several months. Does that sound right?

In 2019 the results took five months. Today, I am hoping it will be faster because fewer people use paper applications, which have to be manually typed into a computer. I guesstimate we will hear back in early January.

Pethian, where are you approximately on the two-bedroom list? That list moves much more slowly, as I’m sure you’ve noticed.
