What's the protocol if your income has changed from the time you submitted docs until now? Do you have to re-submit everything? Should you wait until you're contacted to submit more/schedule a tour to discuss with the marketing agent? Thanks!
Just for my understanding, does this mean that those who were called to submit initial documents is the amount necessary for the apartments or is it those who get called to submit additional documents?

We request documents (and sometimes additional documents) just to confirm your eligibility. Then we can assign you an apartment if we have one. So those who come tour the apartments are the ones who will almost be guaranteed a unit.
