It moved pretty fast for me. I think it took about two days between signing up and moving forward with the lease. Follow up if management hasn't reached out yet.
Just got emailed that my lease is available ! I’m scheduling a tour of my actual unit for next week.
For studios, are they showing units where the living space is not directly in front of the kitchen? Spaces where the studio area has 3 walls without your bed being in front a fridge or stove.

I saw a studio that had the kitchen in the hall area when you walk in with the bathroom door across. The living space was a little separated.
Hi guys, we have not filled the 50% CB yet. We have about 80-90 applicants proceeding. We're up to log #6000. The general population will be contacted around April. We will have a lot of studios for you!

I have a quick question. I have two preferences, I have CB and I have NYC Employee preference. Does having more than one preference speed up my process in any way? Thank you.

CONGRATS! I assume your unit is in South tower? My viewings were for units in the north tower and so due to construction, potential move in would be April.
Also, checked the housing connect site Friday evening and my status went from Under Review to Review Complete the marketing team will reach out to you. Hoping that is a good sign.

I was initially offered a studio but eventually was offered a 1BR
