Hello, I was reached out for general public Log number 33 on 2/05/2024. told to submit additional paperwork 3/6/2024. Today 3/21/2024 I was told that there are no more units at my AMI, mind you I have a extremely low log number and seeing other's post here with higher log numbers and my same AMI too turn in paperwork. What is a way I can confirm these people are being fair this is not making sense. Is there a stateshare point in which we can confirm because im a bit skeptical at this point. I also wanna add that on the website it gives that i qualify for a few different units ranging from studio to 2 bedroom.
What's your log #? CB's take half of units, along with city employees and folks with disability who have another small percentage. People's posts who you are seeing with higher log#'s are likely those with preferences and not general population. If you are actually a lower log# then someone else in your AMI that doesn't have preference then you would have claim first over a unit. The agents are pretty thorough so my assumption is that at your AMI there are actually no units left and people with lower logs than yourself have accepted those units.
Thanks guys, I'm just going to leave it in god's hands, I'm not giving up but if it's for me it will be meant to be. Will keep everyone posted but for now I'm in the waiting list , I'm praying for a change because me and my daughter got super excited and I didn't realize it was going to be so many logistics involved. Goodluck and positive vibes to everyone.
I was on a waiting list and completely left it in god's hands and didn't think about it at all anymore and 27 days later, I was offered an apartment. Wishing you luck!

Was just checking housing connect and noticed I have a pretty low log number - but haven’t been contacted yet. Log number 3XX - how high are my chances of being contacted?

Log 1,XXX. CB preference
Hey did you move in ? Can you tell me your hpd process lots ov ppl don’t have that
I see my application is "under review" Log # 35xx. What exactly does this mean, and what are the odds realistically?
(Household size 1, 40% AMI, Rental Assisted)

That means the documents you submitted are being reviewed. If this is your initial document request they may ask for another set of documents.
Has anyone moved to the North Tower yet? Is it completed? I'm set to move in early April, but I don't want to be blindsided if they push the move-in date later.
