Hello, I was reached out for general public Log number 33 on 2/05/2024. told to submit additional paperwork 3/6/2024. Today 3/21/2024 I was told that there are no more units at my AMI, mind you I have a extremely low log number and seeing other's post here with higher log numbers and my same AMI too turn in paperwork. What is a way I can confirm these people are being fair this is not making sense. Is there a stateshare point in which we can confirm because im a bit skeptical at this point. I also wanna add that on the website it gives that i qualify for a few different units ranging from studio to 2 bedroom.

Thank you for including that you qualify for studio, 1 bed, and 2 bed.
Have you confirmed these lower log#s don’t qualify for a preference of some sort?
Did they tell you what they believe your income to be?
Sorry, I don’t have a resource for double checking which log#s got offers.
Do you qualify at different AMI%s ? There is overlap in this lottery.
How many of the units in the lottery do you qualify for?
A quick glance at the lottery table tells me that a 2 person can qualify with a certain income for BOTH the studio at 80% and the 1 bed at 60% AMI, but not at every income point in those two brackets.
Yea so I qualify with several AMI at 40,50 and 60% ranging from a studio,1 and 2 bedroom. she did not offer for me to view any, just stated that I will be placed on a waiting list. Is really hard for me to believe with such low log number and so many different overlaps that there is none available, actually seems impossible right now at this point in time.
So, My household is 2 People. these are the units I qualify for.
Studio 50%, (39-56K) 3Units
Studio 60% (48-67) 10Units
1 Bedroom 50% (42-56) 2Units
1 bedroom 60% (51-67) 13Units
2 bedroom 40% (51-56) 4 Units

There is also a good chance CB has already taken all of those units. Many people mistake that 50% of each allocated unit size is saved for CB but it’s 50% for ALL of the units regardless of size/ami
