That was me when I lived in my previous apartment. So many shenanigans with those bills! My current apartment uses a different provider, although that provider was recently acquired by Quadlogic! Still seems like they are operating separately though and my bills remain reasonable, but I am monitoring them like a hawk.

I can’t recall ever paying this much with Con Edison. It’s just way too much money.

Is anyone else experiencing extremely high bills.

Jesus Christ.
OMG yes! My bills are insane!! My washer was out for a month so I wasn’t using the washer or dryer yet that months bill is higher that the month before.

Ah yes, I remember now. I'm so glad you got your money back!

100% they are!

Overcharging and then correcting is a clever way businesses borrow money without having to pay interest!

My building gave out the info for us to get our own Quadlogic view only logins. I find it very helpful even though my bills have been pretty consistent with usage. I'm sure you could get them for your building.

Yes, I was able to do this. Ask your building for your most recent billing invoice from Quadlogic and then take the account info on there to the QL website and make an online account. I did this and I am now able to see my bills directly from QL, even a few days before my building bills them with my rent.

The problem is, there is still no transparency. This is a partial copy of my coworker’s bill. I was sent the graph portion of my bill only after requesting it. I find Quadlogic insanely problematic. Billing is definitely not accurate.
