I just got two bills from Quadlogic.

One is $256 for July 25 to Aug 25 and the other is $315 from August 24 to September 24

I can’t recall ever paying this much with Con Edison. It’s just way too much money.

Is anyone else experiencing extremely high bills.

Jesus Christ.

I've read so many negative reviews on here about Quadlogic and how they overcharge. One person who lived alone and in a studio had a $300+ bill but complained and some of that money was credited back into their account.

Quadlogic double-charged in my building for months. Then after it was corrected, they did it again for another month. I think they're ripoff artists.

When you were overcharged, was the usage showing as 2x or just the charge and they literally just messed up the math? Curious how you discovered that they were doing this.

They kept recharging the last month's charge on the current bill. It took me a little while to figure out because it was right after the transition to individual bills and we got several months billed at once, so I thought that, while I had been paying an estimated amount every month to try to keep up, I had somehow missed a month.

The second time, I knew I was all caught up, so I spotted it right away. Wrote an annoyed email to building management about how we should maybe consider using a company that could handle charging each charge only once. No response, but it was corrected on my next bill.

Thanks! My building uses QL and mostly it's been ok for me but I have had random months that were almost 2x the prior month without any reason and then back down the following month so I was wondering. I'll check out my bills. Glad you figured out the issue in your case.

I figure I’ll have to complain because this is purely crazy. Way too damn expensive

I’ll be calling them too because this is absolutely crazy to be paying so much even when I’m at work. They need to figure this out. Ripping people off like that is messed up.
