Near the top right corner of the following page you will find a ‘Search this Forum’ feature. The user can search Threads or Posts. Try a search on term “tips” and on “overtime” and see what you find. This is a topic that has been discussed in the past. There could be useful info already posted about it.
Btw, you will be submitting taxes and such if you are called to submit documents after log#s are issued. Being asked to submit documents should not be confused with being offered a lease but it’s is an early and necessary step in that direction. Being asked for to submit documents is to see if your household qualifies or not. Don’t decide on your own if you qualify because it’s not your decision. If you are rejected you are allowed to appeal the decision. Disputes about what a household’s income is are not rare. Don’t over think it.
